Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Energy Consultant to join our team to start out as an appointment setter/Fronter. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about energy deregulation. You will engage with clients directly, to promote our services and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs. This position is $18-$20 per hour with PAID TRAINING. Please call us directly to schedule an interview 727-[please apply online] Duties * Conduct presentations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the benefits of energy choice program. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Negotiate contracts and terms with potential customers to close sales effectively. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving outreach and increasing sales effectiveness. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills * Proven leadership abilities with a focus on motivating team members towards achieving common goals. * Experience in B2b sales environments is highly desirable. * Familiarity with the energy market and deregulation is a plus. * Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and computer dialer programs are a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and customers. * Must be persistent while maintaing professionalism. * A solid understanding of market dynamics related to energy solutions will be beneficial in this role.
