What You'll Do as a Sales Associate: * Welcome with a Smile : Be the first friendly face customers see, creating an inviting and inclusive environment from the moment they walk through our doors at our Roseville and Folsom storefronts. * Be the Product Guru : Master our product line, from fabulous fashion finds to cozy home decor, so you can help customers discover their next must-have treasure. * Listen and Recommend : Practice active listening to understand each customer's unique needs, making personalized recommendations that spark joy and style confidence. * Foster Relationships : Build meaningful connections with customers and ensure their Terra Cottage experience is one they'll rave about to friends. * Style and Inspire : Share your styling expertise by helping customers create outfits and decor setups they'll adore. * Team Spirit : Work closely with our fun and supportive team to keep the shop running smoothly and looking its best. What We're Looking For: * A people-person with a natural talent for active listening and making others feel valued. * A lover of fashion and decor who's excited to dive into our product line and share that knowledge with others. * A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a knack for juggling multiple tasks. * Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are non-negotiable. * Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed at both our Roseville and Folsom locations.
