Job Description We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to handle incoming appointment calls and book consultations for our dental clients. This role is critical to our clients' success, as you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into booked appointments while providing a professional and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. * Engage with callers to understand their needs and schedule appointments for dental services. * Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are confirmed. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking goals to earn performance bonuses. * Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies. Qualifications * Required: * Previous experience in a dental office or dental-related role (e.g., receptionist, dental assistant). * Proven sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. * Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer systems. * Preferred: * Experience in appointment scheduling or patient coordination. * Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. * Familiarity with marketing or lead generation processes.
