Job Description

: We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our Fathom family! You'll guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, providing exceptional service and expertise.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct market research to determine property values.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Build and maintain a client database.
• Show properties to potential buyers.
• Advise clients on negotiation strategies.
• Prepare and present offers to clients.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends. Skills:
• Administrative: Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, paperwork, and files.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiation: Ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
• Sales: Proficiency in marketing properties and closing deals.

Requirements

:

• Active Real Estate License (Required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for real estate
• No experience needed; we provide comprehensive training Job Details:
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00/year

Compensation

: 1099 contract with flexible pay structure
