About Flawless Skin Labs: We are a leading medical spa in Hollywood, FL, specializing in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. As a Part-Time Guest Relations & Sales Specialist, you'll be a key player in converting leads, driving sales, and delivering a five-star client experience. This is more than a front desk role -- it's a high-impact, client-facing position that supports marketing, sales, and treatment outcomes. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a confident, sales-driven professional who:

• Understands rebooking, retention, and sales strategies
• Thrives on upselling services and increasing revenue
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Is bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Is proactive, organized, and business-minded
• Has knowledge of skin types, conditions (like acne, pigmentation, aging), and treatment options

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
• Conduct consultations and post-consultations
• Manage schedules, calls, texts, and emails
• Convert inquiries into bookings and sales
• Sell memberships, treatment packages, and skincare products
• Track leads and CRM follow-up
• Support marketing efforts and client communications
• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

What You Bring

:

• 2+ years in sales, hospitality, or customer service (MedSpa or aesthetics preferred)
• Strong selling skills with a performance-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passion for skincare and aesthetics
• Ability to work Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (part-time shifts will be scheduled within these hours)

Compensation

& Schedule:

• Part-time
• $15 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
