Learn more at [please apply online] *Who We 're Looking For We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative with hands-on knowledge of the materials, equipment, and solutions we offer. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction supply, concrete, or coatings--someone who can speak the language of contractors and recommend the right product for the job. What You 'll Do * Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor to contractors, providing technical recommendations based on jobsite needs and application methods. * Build strong relationships with customers through prompt communication and solution-oriented service--both over the phone and in person. * Leverage our wide-ranging product line to troubleshoot challenges and offer tailored solutions to help customers meet deadlines and deliver quality work. * Collaborate with our outside sales team and operations staff to ensure seamless service from order to delivery. * Stay current on new products, industry innovations, and jobsite trends to keep our customers informed and competitive. What You Bring * Direct experience with or strong knowledge of construction materials (especially concrete-related products, coatings, or sealants). * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. * Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers succeed. * Comfort with fast-paced environments and juggling multiple projects at once. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus, but training will be provided). Preferred (but not required): * Prior inside sales or counter sales experience in a construction supply setting * Experience working directly with contractors or on jobsites * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Why Join Us?
