As a Sales Coordinator, you are generally the first point of contact with our prospects and customers. That interaction is crucial to what All County values most the customer experience. Your responsibilities to provide a positive and productive phone experience for the homeowner is invaluable to the companies success. You are responsible for setting up both the homeowner and the Salesperson for success. We provide an awesome and supportive management team to help you be successful at performing the following:

• Scheduling estimates for our sales team via inbound calls, emails, and messages.
• Auditing contracts and ensuring orders are processed according to company requirements.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales inquiries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports,
• 2 or more years' experience in a sales environment.
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Basic product knowledge in roofing, siding, windows is helpful but not required
• Occasionally required to work Marketing events on weekends or evenings.
• Be a team player and assist other team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
