Sales/Customer Service Associate (Full-Time) | HOTWORX St. Pete Reports to: General Manager Location: 4th St. N, HOTWORX St. Pete About Us: HOTWORX St. Pete is an international award winning 24-hour infrared fitness studio in the HOTWORX Franchise. We seek passionate, health- focused individuals driven to professional excellence and helping others. Mission: * Provide excellent customer service. * Drive traffic and increase membership. * Outreach for membership leads and prospects. * Retain and engage current members. Studio Staffed Hours: * Mon-Thu: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. * Fri: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. * Sat: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. * Sundays and some holidays are unstaffed. Compensation: * $16 Hourly + Bonuses + Commission * Free HOTWORX membership ($700 Annual Value) * Free Arctic Bath & Coffee membership ($1,000 Annual Value) * Employee merchandise discounts * Monthly commissions and bonuses * Florida Blue Health Care Plan (If Enrolled) Responsibilities: Customer Relations: * Greet and assist members, providing workout instructions and recommendations. * Selling memberships and retail products, meeting sales goals. Marketing & Prospecting: * Meet monthly prospecting targets. * Engage in social media promotions. * Update prospecting/client logs daily. * Utilize HOTWORX marketing tools effectively. Basic Duties: * Work a minimum of 30 hours/week. * Maintain a professional appearance. * Follow & complete all studio operating checklists. * Follow & complete all studio cleaning checklists. * Aim for 5-star ratings on review sites. * Kindly & compassionately resolve customer issues promptly. Training & Certifications: * Complete HOTWORX Certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. * Complete HOTWORX University courses and any new training modules. * Subscribe to and practice tips from the HOTWORX weekly blog.
