Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a demanding environment and have a passion for home improvement and outdoor living products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Educate customers about our products and services. * Assist with product selection, answer questions, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor. * Manage transactions and process payments accurately. * Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting current promotions and upselling products. * Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships. Requirements: * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. * Effective communication and people skills are necessary. * Computer/Data entry skills required. Microsoft & CRM experience preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Motivated and purposeful with a passion for sales * Availability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (no Sundays) * Ability to read, process and interpret technical information from installation manuals, blueprints and other resource documents. * Must be able to read and use a tape measure * Knowledge or interest in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus.
