We're looking for a motivated real estate professional to specialize in absentee-owned and short-term rental sales. Compensation: $80,000 - $145,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Convert prospects into leads and clients * Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers * Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base * Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Lead Generation * Lead Follow Up * Database * Network with short-term rental properties Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Commission * Coachable * Sales experience * If you do not have a real estate license, we can help you with obtaining a license.
