Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate - Graduation Season Location: Party Planet Brandon, Brandon, FL Position Type: Temporary/Seasonal (April, May and June) About Us: Party Planet Brandon is a locally-owned business specializing in unique balloon decor and party supplies. With over 9 years of experience, we serve West and Central Florida, bringing every celebration to life! As we gear up for the Halloween season, we're looking for enthusiastic and friendly seasonal team members to help us provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for theGraduation season. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the perfect party supplies, novelty gifts, and specialty balloon decorations, while ensuring our store is welcoming and organized. Key Responsibilities: *Greet customers and provide personalized assistance with Halloween decor, costumes, and balloon decor needs. *Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. *Assist in setting up and maintaining displays and store cleanliness. *Help stock shelves with merchandise and ensure items are properly priced. *Provide information on products, promotions, and current sales. *Answer customer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner. *Assist with balloon orders and other special requests. *Support other team members in daily tasks as needed. Qualifications: *Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak Halloween shopping times. *Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends. *Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. *Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs. *Interest in parties, decorations, or Halloween is a bonus!
