The Sales Associate is a key point of contact, assisting customers in evaluating their auto glass needs, primarily windshield replacements, while providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in person to identify and assess their auto glass needs, focusing on windshield damage or replacement. * Present our products and services clearly and professionally, helping customers make informed choices based on their specific situations. * Provide accurate estimates, explain insurance claim procedures, and assist customers in navigating coverage options. * Ensure an exceptional customer experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service throughout the sales process. * Cultivate and maintain lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and generating referrals through trust and satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with fellow Sales Associates and service teams to coordinate timely and efficient glass replacement appointments. Sales Associate Qualifications and Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred, though not required. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions. * Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
