Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in person to identify and assess their auto glass needs, focusing on windshield damage or replacement.
• Present our products and services clearly and professionally, helping customers make informed choices based on their specific situations.
• Provide accurate estimates, explain insurance claim procedures, and assist customers in navigating coverage options.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate and maintain lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and generating referrals through trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred, though not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
