Responsibilities

:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Lead from the front - This will require selling at first
• Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Foster a motivated and collaborative work environment.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
• Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
• Train in sale rep lead generation
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a CRM system for accurate data management.
• Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
