Summary Join Our Denver Real Estate Team as a Listing Agent We are excited to welcome a motivated and passionate individual to become a Real Estate Listing Agent with us! Since 2019, our team of 15 dedicated agents has proudly assisted over 1,000 clients throughout Denver, Idaho, and San Diego. Rooted in collaboration, mentorship, and proven success, we are devoted to helping you cultivate a prosperous career in real estate. In this role, you will focus on representing home sellers--guiding them through the entire listing journey, negotiating competitive offers, and providing an exceptional client experience from beginning to end. You'll receive comprehensive training, effective systems, and ongoing mentorship designed to ensure your success every step of the way. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - hands on real estate agent training. * Manage inbound leads with followups and converting * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers * Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications * Knack for customer service * Licensed real estate professional * Team player * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable with scripts and client phone conversations * Managing a database of 500+ personal leads About-our-team The FI Team, led by the visionary Craig Curelop, is a dynamic group of real estate professionals dedicated to making a significant impact in the lives of their clients and the community.
