We are actively seeking a motivated and competitive Entry Level Sales Agent to join our team and play a role in driving new business and increasing market reach. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will be on the front lines of customer acquisitions, generating leads, closing sales, and directly contributing to revenue growth. The Entry Level Sales Agent will receive hands-on training in all areas of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to relationship- building and account management. Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Agent:

• Execute direct sales strategies to promote glass replacement products and services to both new and existing customers
• Use persuasive communication and active listening to identify customer needs and position relevant solutions
• Drive revenue by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach and in-person interactions
• Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight key value propositions and competitive advantages
• Represent the client brand with professionalism and energy in every customer encounter
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer information using CRM tools
• Attend Entry Level Sales Agent meetings, performance reviews, and continuous training to sharpen selling techniques and industry knowledge
