Green Spoon Sales is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Spend Manager with expertise in managing trade spend management platforms for brands. This position is fully remote, unless located in the Denver Metro area. Responsibilities: * Accurately enter, manage, and track promotions into brand trade spend management platforms, ensuring all promotions align with contracts and brand expectations. * Reconcile trade deductions against approved promotions, confirming deductions are valid and accurate. * Investigate and resolve deductions discrepancies, working with internal teams, brands, and retailers to provide proper documentation and dispute resolution. * Serve as the primary point of contact for trade-spend related inquiries to address questions, clarify policies, and provide guidance on promotional execution. * Maintain proper documentation of vendor commitments in shared company folders. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, resolve challenges, and implement best practices. * Work closely with sales, finance, and operations team to align on trade spend strategies. * Provide regular reporting and insights on trade spend activity to stakeholders. * Qualifications & Skills: * 3+ years of experience in trade management, finance, sales operations, or in a related field within the natural food industry. * Proficiency in trade spend management software and Excel. * Great communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners. * Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems.
