Brand Ambassador / Wellness Associate Location: El Dorado Hills, CA (In-store & Event-based) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Weekends Required / Open availability preferred About Us: At The Beyond Wellness Store, we are committed to offering wellness products that promote a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in a knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly manner. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Represent the brand at various locations, special events, expos, and farmers markets with professionalism. * Maintain a polished and brand-aligned appearance during all shifts. * Assist in maintaining product displays and ensuring adequate stock levels. * Stay informed on emerging research, product benefits, ingredients, and uses. * Capture social content (photos/videos) during events when requested. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in all spaces. * Follow and interact on social media platforms, and our app. Qualifications: * Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic health. * Comfortable being in front of a camera or engaging with the public. * Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * Experience with social media or brand ambassadorship is a plus. * Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends. * 21 years or older * Reliable transportation * Strong sales skills Brand Fit & Culture: We are a lifestyle-forward company.
