Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and deliver outstanding service * Help customers find the perfect furniture and make confident purchasing decisions * Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom * Build strong relationships with customers through follow-up and support * Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals What We 're Looking For: * Honest, loyal, and self-motivated individuals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends * Retail math skills and basic computer proficiency * Bilingual candidates a plus (not required) * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required - we'll train the right person!
