As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect spa for their needs. Job Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them to the best hot tub or swim spa solution. * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options. * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through follow-ups and excellent service. * Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction. * Assist in maintaining showroom appearance and organization. * Participate in local events and promotions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities. * Process transactions, financing applications, and documentation accurately. Qualifications: * Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to learn product details and confidently educate customers. * Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools. * Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
