As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect spa for their needs. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them to the best hot tub or swim spa solution.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining showroom appearance and organization.
• Participate in local events and promotions to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
• Process transactions, financing applications, and documentation accurately.

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn product details and confidently educate customers.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools.
