Job Summary

This luxury jeweler is ideally seeking an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate with prior experience in fine or high jewelry sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling fine jewelry products, and ensuring a high touch, white glove shopping experience for our customers. The sales associate should be a strong team player, an articulate communicator, and a positive, self-motivated contributor who enjoys providing elevated customer service and being a part of important occasions and events.

Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect piece of fine jewelry - Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of jewelry items - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering personalized recommendations - Conduct product demonstrations and explain the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all jewelry displays are well-presented - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases

Required Qualifications

: - Previous retail sales experience in high or fine jewelry - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Proficiency in using technology for sales transactions and product demos - Multilingual skills are a plus If you have a passion for jewelry and exceptional customer service skills, I would love to hear from you.
