As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. * Stock shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Upsell products by suggesting complementary items based on customer needs. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. * Ability to operate POS systems accurately. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer engagement. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
