Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Job Summary: CMU Supply is looking for a driven and resourceful Customer Experience and Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that blends inside sales, customer service, and hands-on fulfillment responsibilities. You'll be the voice of the brand for customers, helping them choose the right products and services while finding opportunities to upsell and add value to every interaction. Then you'll help make sure the orders you helped close get out the door accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making the sale just as much as making things happen behind the scenes. If you love variety, have a strong sales mindset, and take pride in creating a great customer experience from first contact to final delivery, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web with professionalism and a helpful attitude * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend relevant products or add-ons * Upsell and cross-sell to maximize each customer interaction * Follow up with leads and past customers to close sales and build long-term relationships * Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset * Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment * Support cross-department efforts and take initiative on special projects or problem-solving Qualifications: * Previous experience in a sales, inside sales, or customer service role * Fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience is a strong plus * A natural communicator with a persuasive, customer-friendly approach * Comfortable using email platforms, order systems, and inventory tools * Detail-oriented with strong time management skills * Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball * Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds * Comfortable being on your feet and working in a hands-on warehouse environment Why Choose CMU Supply?
