Job Overview: Rhino Restoration, a leading provider of water and mold damage restoration services in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to spearhead our outside B2B sales efforts. This role is focused on building strategic partnerships with industry professionals--such as plumbers, property managers, roofers, HVAC companies, and real estate agents--to get Rhino Restoration added to their preferred vendor lists and to generate qualified leads for water and mold damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face networking, relationship- building, and has a hunter mentality when it comes to prospecting. Key Responsibilities: - Outside Sales & Prospecting: Identify, approach, and develop relationships with plumbers, property managers, roofing companies, HVAC businesses, and other potential referral sources. - Vendor List Acquisition: Work to get Rhino Restoration added to industry vendor lists and build recurring referral relationships. - Lead Generation: Actively generate high-quality restoration leads from B2B partners and industry networks. - Account Management: Nurture ongoing business relationships with partners, ensuring consistent referrals and maintaining a high standard of service follow-through. - Networking & Events: Attend industry networking events, trade shows, local BNI/chamber meetings, and other opportunities to promote Rhino Restoration. - Territory Management: Plan and execute a daily, weekly, and monthly route to cover key markets within the Tampa Bay area. - CRM Usage & Reporting: Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, lead pipelines, and account notes using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to leadership. - Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and top-tier service delivery to referred clients. - Brand Ambassador: Represent the Rhino Restoration brand professionally at all times, upholding our reputation for quality, speed, and trustworthiness. Qualifications: - Experience: 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, real estate, plumbing, or property management industries. - Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in cold calling, and a proven ability to close. - Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently without constant supervision. - Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly. - Presentation Skills: Comfortable delivering Rhino Restoration's value proposition in person and via phone/email. - Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of water/mold restoration or willingness to learn. - Technology: Familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and basic sales tracking software. - Transportation: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation. - Availability: Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional after-hours networking events.
