Job Summary: Results-driven sales professional with proven success in the adhesives industry. Skilled in consultative selling, territory development, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Deep understanding of adhesive technologies including epoxies, cyanoacrylates, hot melts, and pressure-sensitive adhesives. Adept at identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Passionate about delivering value through technical knowledge and exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry segment. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on adhesive solutions and applications. * Recommend appropriate adhesive products based on customer needs, substrate compatibility, and performance requirements. * Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and address complex client challenges. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up. * Track sales performance and market trends to identify growth areas and competitive threats. * Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. * Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits to promote brand awareness. * Stay current on product knowledge, industry standards, and competitive offerings. Sales & Relationship Skills: Consultative Selling * Lead Generation & Prospecting * Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * Account Management * Territory Development * Contract Negotiation * Sales Forecasting * Pipeline Management Technical & Industry Knowledge: * Understanding of Adhesive Chemistries (e.g., epoxies, hot melts, cyanoacrylates, acrylics) * Product Application Knowledge (e.g., bonding, sealing, laminating, gasketing) * Ability to Read Technical Drawings or Specs * Knowledge of Industry Regulations and Standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) * Experience with Adhesive Testing Methods Education and Experience: * 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, coatings, or a related industrial field. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or consultative sales environment. * Strong understanding of adhesive technologies (e.g., epoxies, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, cyanoacrylates). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
