Qualifications: * Proven experience in direct marketing, business development, or a similar role * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required * Life and health producer license or ability to obtain (reimbursement for licensing
