Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. * Enter sales orders accurately and timely. * Request and manage parts needed for sales orders. * Keep customers informed about delivery expectations and status updates. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects within specified deadlines. * Proactively contribute to the team's success and collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team. Requirements * Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for experience in an Inside Sales role within a manufacturing environment. * Proven ability to multitask and complete projects within deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel spreadsheets and database management. * Ability to navigate through company software programs and adapt to new systems. * Sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach. * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Physical Requirements: This role involves extended periods of sitting at a computer workstation. Some flexibility for standing, walking, or light lifting may be needed during business interactions or office tasks.
