Responsibilities

:

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Enter sales orders accurately and timely.
• Request and manage parts needed for sales orders.
• Keep customers informed about delivery expectations and status updates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects within specified deadlines.
• Proactively contribute to the team's success and collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for experience in an Inside Sales role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to multitask and complete projects within deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel spreadsheets and database management.
• Ability to navigate through company software programs and adapt to new systems.
• Sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Physical
