Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary

: The Territory Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing our brand presence. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in SME and Enterprise Business to Business telephone and field sales, and a deep understanding of the dynamic courier industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct telephone and field sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales materials and presentations.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Organize and participate in networking events and trade shows to promote Swiftee's services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing client needs promptly.
Qualifications

:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in telephone and field sales in the courier industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the courier industry and its dynamics, with a preference for same-day courier experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and not require sponsorship to enter or remain in the UK. What We Offer:
