We are looking for an energetic and successful sales candidate. In this role, you will generate leads, set appointments, design loss prevention solutions for commercial applications and present to C level decision makers. You will consult with businesses on physical security / asset management needs and recommend strategic solutions -Intrusion Detection, Access Control, CCTV / IPTV, Fire Detection and GPS Fleet Management solutions. Must have a "Hunter" mentality and approach to prospecting and appointment setting. Requirements: * Prior success in a B2B sales environment * Prior success with exceeding monthly & annual revenue goals * Prior success setting appointments with C level decision makers * Prior success identifying "event based" lead opportunities * Strong prospecting, relationship building, and consultation skills * Strong networking and lead exchange skills * Strong technical aptitude * Ability to conduct technical demonstrations-presentations via WebEx & in person * Motivated, self-starter, with excellent drive, ambition and work ethic * Ability to perform at a high level with minimal management involvement * Strong oral and written communication, customer service and time management skills * Proficient in computers and software applications including MS Office * Reliable transportation and clean background * Desire to learn, develop and succeed in sales Benefits & Compensation First year income potential $75k to $90k+ Second year income potential $90k to $110k+ Continued income potential $110k+ We offer a competitive Base Salary (DOE), Uncapped Commission, Bonus plans, Company Car, Company Phone, Tablet, Medical and Dental Coverage, 401K with Employer Contribution; Trip Incentives, PTO and Sales Training.
