Koala Insulation of Salt Lake City Job Summary At Koala Insulation of Greater Salt Lake, we are looking for a professional, motivated Sales Representative to evaluate and estimate potential projects. Koala Insulation is an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. The ideal candidate will have a background in consultative sales and will work with customers to schedule insulation services at a reasonable price point while supporting company goals. Perks include: *All technology provided at no cost *Holiday pay and PTO offered immediately Duties/Responsibilities * Lead acquisition and data input into CRM. * Travels to prospective customer sites within Salt Lake City area. * Communicates and educates customer on service types. * Determines customer budget and needs. * Provides an estimate and schedules the job. * Establishes and records action items to be completed before, during, and after job completion. * Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities * Ability to interpret blueprints is preferred, but not required. * Prior sales experience required. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. * Experience using a CRM preferred. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required. * High school diploma/GED required. * Prior Consultative Sales experience preferred. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to access and navigate the job site. * Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
