Your paid time off will consist of: * 80 holiday hours (this is a combination of fixed dates and floating holidays) * 80 vacation hours (10 vacation days) * 56 sick leave hours (7 sick days) * Competitive Medical, Dental & other wellness programs * Disability and Life Company Paid * 401(k) Retirement Plan Options * Generous Employee Purchase Discounts * _Hourly Rate: $ 16.25 PLUS Monthly Incentive Based On Sales Metrics_ What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Engage customers to quickly determine their needs and the best possible way to meet those needs. * Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the customers' retail experience. * Create a welcoming and consultative environment that builds trust and helps the customers feel comfortable at every stage of their retail experience. * Commit to building long-term relationships with all customers. * Participate in trainings to develop interpersonal skills and selling capabilities. * Learn how to make effective recommendations and up-sell Tempur Sealy products. * Support the Store Manager in maintaining the highest standards of presentation and product care. * Ensure that safety and security rules and procedures are followed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: What You'll Need (Qualifications): * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred. * Strong sales skills in a consultative environment * Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting * Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards * Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow * Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours * Fluency with current retail software / computer systems * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lifting items with or without assistance.
