This position requires exceptional customer service values and an eye for creative design. This will be 18-30 hours per week. And must have a flexible schedule. Must Be Able to Open And Close and have weekend availability. This opportunity is for our Little Rock, AR store. Responsibilities: * Manage day to day tasks in the store * Tag and place new inventory in store * Process and ship website orders * Assist customers * Help With Social Media * Store Layout Changes Requirements: * Detail oriented but can work at an appropriate speed. * Ability to work within a team as well as own your own with minimal supervision * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * A good cultural fit for the team. * Must be extremely organized, can multi-task, and knows how to manage time and priorities in a fast paced environment. * Has great communication and is a team player. * Must love fashion. * Must have exceptional customer service skills. * Must be out-going and able to confidently strike up a conversation. * Must have computer skills and confidence in working a cash-register station. * Must be able to work in our Little Rock, Arkansas location.
