Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. * Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. * Utilize salon software to manage sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. * Apply makeup for customers as needed, showcasing products available for sale. * Manage social media platforms to promote products and engage with the community. * Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling products. * Organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and keep the sales area tidy. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Experience with salon software is a plus for efficient transaction processing. * Bilingual abilities in English and another language are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base. * Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online. * Makeup application skills are preferred, allowing you to assist customers directly with product demonstrations.
