Job Description

: We need a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the main contact for our customers, providing service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product info and technical support.
• Sales: Make sales calls, follow up on leads, and handle customer orders.
• Order Processing: Accurately process orders, manage backorders, and coordinate shipments.
• Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our products to assist customers effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our tech team on complex customer queries or orders.

Requirements

:

• Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer service, ideally in an industrial setting.
• Communication: Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn about hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Education: High School Diploma; additional education in business or engineering is a plus.
• Software Skills: Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ready to learn new software.
• Attitude: Proactive, with a commitment to learning and professional growth. What We Offer:
