Responsibilities: * Guide the customer through the buying process. * Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge about vehicle features. * Demonstrate the operation of vehicles in showroom and via test drive. * Provide vehicles to customers through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork. * Maintain an owner follow-up system that contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and encourages repeat and referral business. * Utilize our prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments. * Must pass background and drug screenings, and must meet MVR insurability requirements.
