We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Mold, Water, and Fire process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. The right candidate has construction knowledge, and can write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, and follow up with clients. Attention to detail! * 3 years experience writing and negotiating insurance losses * Proficient in Xactimate with a minimum of 2 years of experience * Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills * Customer service focused * Pass drug and criminal background checks * Attention to detail * Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation & construction projects of all sizes. * Communicate with adjusters/customers on the scope of work * Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Excellent organizational and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Xactimate: 2 years (Required) * Construction estimating: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Boca Raton, FL 33431 (Required) Work Location: In person
