Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at a grocery store. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their shopping needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively Skills - Bilingual skills are a plus - Proficiency in retail math for transactions - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to upsell products effectively - Sales experience is preferred - Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures - Strong phone etiquette skills - Prior experience in a grocery store setting is advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $28,000.00 - $50,349.00 per year Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
