Duties * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory goals and objectives. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Deliver engaging product demos to showcase our software solutions and their benefits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through effective account management. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. * Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the management team. * Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our products and services. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or software sales. * Strong skills in territory management and direct sales strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficient in conducting product demos and presenting technical information clearly. * Experience with account management practices and maintaining long-term client relationships. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
