Job Summary

: Retail Automotive Sales Advisor Our growing family business is seeking a Retail Automotive Sales Advisor who will play key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales within a fast-paced automotive retail environment. The ideal candidate is both sales-driven and focused on building long-lasting relationships through honesty, transparent communication, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Consultation : Greet customers and assist with their automotive needs, providing clear and honest recommendations for vehicle services and repairs.
• Sales Performance : Generate estimates and promote relevant services, repairs, and parts to maximize sales, with a focus on ethical selling practices.
• Thorough Vehicle Inspections : Collaborate with technicians to ensure all vehicles are inspected comprehensively and customers are informed about any issues or recommended services.
• Clear Communication : Explain vehicle conditions, necessary repairs, and maintenance options in a way that customers can easily understand, ensuring full transparency.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Follow-up & Customer Retention: Build trust and loyalty through follow-up communications and ensuring customer satisfaction after each service visit. Required Skills:
