As a Sales Professional you will be responsible for: * Spending time with customers to determine their needs and suggest vehicle options. * Provide thorough test drives to highlight vehicle features and technology. * Become an auto sales expert and gain knowledge of industry trends and technology. * Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. * Follow up with prospective customers through calls and emails. * Follow up with existing customers to ensure an exceptional experience and generate referral business.
