Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively demonstrate our products will be key to your success. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and customer service. Duties * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company objectives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in our software systems. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking performance and managing customer relationships. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
