We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team-oriented sales department. With our insurance office's extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success. Responsibilities

• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred but not required
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license prior to start date Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
