Full description of the position

As a Funding Adviser, SERVICE is your prime directive. This position requires direct communication with new applicants from a wide variety of marketing channels. Funding Advisers will walk new prospects through the business loan process from beginning to end providing a single source contact approach through the sales cycle. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Funding Advisers work in teams within the Business Development team and will coordinate their efforts with both the Operations and Marketing departments.

• 5+ years in business development, financial sales, or mortgage based sales required
• Bachelors BA/BS degree preferred
• Proficient using CRM managements systems, data collection portals, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook
• Full time position M-F 8 hrs/day

Compensation
