Responsibilities

:

• List and sell residential real estate properties
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare market analyses to determine property values
• Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes
• Maintain your Real Estate License Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Pay: $47,186 - $225,000+ per year (100% commission, uncapped)
• Contract: 1099 commission-only
• Schedule: Flexible hours, day shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• Location: Multiple locations
