Job Title: Multi-Media Account Executive Company: The Leader Independent (part of Adams Publishing Group, Southern Wisconsin) Location: Lake Mills, WI Type: Salary plus Commission Key Responsibilities: Customer-facing sales: Meeting with potential customers to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate advertising solutions. Selling a variety of products: Digital, print, sponsorships, and events. Managing and growing an existing book of business: Leveraging existing relationships to generate immediate revenue. Required Skills and Qualifications: Customer service experience: Ability to interact effectively with clients and build rapport. Strong communication skills: Comfortable speaking with individuals and presenting solutions. Active listening skills: Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Social media proficiency: Understanding and utilizing social media platforms for marketing and sales. Proactive and driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
