Overview The Sales Manager will drive the growth of our brands and our award- winning products to the Michigan market. The person builds and manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the region. This position will play a key role in overseeing a new business development/sale and managing client relationships. The Sales Manager will provide leadership and sales expertise to optimize distribution transactions to drive values and maintain a competitive advantage. This position will be responsible for managing both the sales and delivery of wholesale cannabis goods to retailers. * Collaborate with the Distribution (Yield) team on the acquisition of new accounts. * Participate in ride-alongs with the Distribution (Yield) team. * Develop regional strategies with a focus on sell-through, product promotions, and inventory clearance. * Establish analytics and reporting practices to evaluate product launch performance and success. * Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess overall performance. * Create and implement strategies to efficiently manage trade spend across various brands. * Work closely with the Marketing department to align promotions with vendor days and educational sessions. * Present weekly performance reports to the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making. * Coordinate and deliver promotion reporting in collaboration with retailers statewide. * Provide quarterly forecasts and demand planning in partnership with the CEO and brand partners. * Monitor product performance to ensure compliance with trade spend limits. * Regularly attend cannabis industry events and brand activations. Salary starts at $70k base salary + commission. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to movefreel, lift up to 30 pounds and spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen, driving, speaking with clients. This position is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The role is part of the whole organization team and as such requires you to perform such reasonable tasks that are required, as and when necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organization and its interests generally. # Pay range: $70000 per year Required skills * Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations) * A minimum of a High School diploma is required. * Minimum 2 years experience with sales in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures * Exceptional relationship building skills * Strong computer-based skills * Comfortable using G-Suite * Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills * A highly self-motivated and ethical individual *Valid driver 's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check *(state specific) * Reliable transportation Preferred seniority Overall: Mid-level (2-5 years) or higher Cannabis industry: Some (1-2 years) or higher Related job titles cannabis, cannabis account manager, cannabis compliance, cannabis business About*Exhale Systems Inc Exhale Systems Inc., was founded in July 2021.
