Responsibilities: * A Day In the Life:* As an Insurance Retirement Specialist at Senior Resource Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their retirement planning journey. Your responsibilities will include: * Meeting with Clients: Conducting comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations. * Needs Analysis: Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs. * Providing and Explaining Solutions: Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support. * Rigorous Follow-Up: Ensuring seamless implementation of recommended solutions and providing ongoing support and service to clients. * Industry Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients. * Following a Proven Playbook: Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes. Hear From Our Agent Scott Parks Qualifications: * What you bring: * Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.
