As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Junior Sales Representatives to join our teams in Sacramento and Las Vegas. Position Summary: We're seeking energetic and driven Junior Outside Sales Representatives to support our regional sales teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the warehouse, distribution, and logistics industries. You will identify customer needs, present material handling solutions, and help design efficient warehouse systems. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and grow a sales pipeline through prospecting and relationship building. * Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess material handling needs. * Promote and sell warehouse racking, shelving, conveyors, and related equipment. * Collaborate with the design team to propose effective warehouse layouts and storage solutions. * Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. * Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: * 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience. * Familiarity with warehouse operations or material handling equipment is a plus. * CAD or warehouse layout experience is a bonus, but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
